All Saud with 540.000 m² to ensure that our organization has the most suitable
working environment for its employees and their activities.

above refers to the physical built environment according to the International
Facility Management Association (IFMA)
Our
duty is to coordinate between workplace, people and other organizational tasks.
It is a management discipline concerned with the integration of
processes within an organization to maintain and develop agreed services which
support and improve the effectiveness of its primary activities.
Our scope of work
cover main areas such as planning, design, construction, maintenance, furniture
and cleaning.
